2017也是Dean Harrison在公路賽發光發熱的一年，不管在國際賽事或是國內賽都有相當亮眼的成績。

在2016的曼島TT的Superbike及Blue Riband Senior TT級別中都獲得第三的成績對Harrison只是熱身，2017年甚至在Southern 100中打敗Michael Dunlop。最後還在北愛爾蘭的Dundrod賽道中騎出單圈平均時速216.64km/h的成績，被封為世界最速公路車手。
